Approached from the road along an almost hidden driveway, The Watermill is a sheer haven for nature lovers, nestling in the Glaven Valley with the river Glaven running by, home for several rarer birds and animals.

The village of Thornage is only 1.5 miles from Holt with its interesting shops and places to eat, and only a short drive to the coast.
