Apple Cottage

Apple Cottage is a very charming, traditional brick and flint, detached cottage dating from 17thC set into the chalk hillside in the village of Stiffkey.

The village is ideally situated on the coast for easy reach of the beaches and there are plenty of walks on the marsh for birdwatching or for a dip in the creeks in summer. There is a pub in the village serving food and a very good village shop just around the corner.

Wells is only three miles away and Blakeney is five miles in the other direction. The market towns of Holt and Fakenham are only 10 miles away.

Bell Lodge

The Boxes is a large, comfortable "no frills" family house furnished with a mix of antique and modern pieces approached along a farm track.

The former cow yard has been converted to a beautiful family home, sleeping 10, set in the middle of farm land on the edge of the villages of Wiveton and Glandford.

The village of Wiveton has a great pub serving good food and is close to Cley, Blakeney and Holt. Bayfield Hall, close by, has a range of interesting shop units.

Chimney Cottage

Chimney Cottage is a charming period cottage in the village of Gunthorpe which dates from 1849 and has recently undergone a full refurbishment to make a very pleasant family retreat.
A unique feature of the cottage is the ornate chimney itself . It is on a quiet road leading out of the village.

The village of Gunthorpe is about 8 miles from Fakenham, Holt and Blakeney on the coast and is surrounded by fields and beautiful countryside, ideal for walking or cycling.

Corner Cottage is a charming 1730s period traditional flint cottage which has stunning views across the salt marshes, on the North Norfolk coast.

Centrally situated in the rural area of Salthouse between Holt/Sheringham, it is ideal for exploring North Norfolk's wildlife, birdwatching, sailing, wonderful walking, beaches, countryside and coastal attractions. The village has a very popular pub serving good food and there is also the now famous "Cookies Crab Shop" serving delicious seafood.

End Cottage lies almost in the centre of the village with unrestricted views of the church.

Thornham itself is the perfect location from which to enjoy all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer. It is close to the beaches at Brancaster, Thornham and Holme and just a mile from the Titchwell Marsh RSPB reserve. Houghton Hall and Sandringham are both about 15 minutes in the car.

Flint Cottage is a 400 year old brick and flint traditional cottage set in large secluded gardens in the village of Great Bircham.

The Cottage is cosy with its wood-burning stove, but at the same time spacious. It has a beautifully kept garden to the front and rear with wonderful views over the fields to the back.

The village has a shop, a post office and a good pub/hotel only 200 yards from the cottage. There is also the famous working Bircham Mill. Great Bircham is ideally situated in North West Norfolk, close to Burnham Market, and Sandringham and only seven miles from the coast.

Gamekeepers Lodge

Gamekeepers Lodge is a superbly presented property and is one of a cluster within a beautifully restored 18th century barn conversion. The Lodge is to the edge of the development and is more private than the other barns being off the courtyard.

The village of Whissonsett is 5 miles south of Fakenham and approximately 7 miles from East Dereham. The coast is about a half hours drive.

It can be found in the small village of Stanhoe which is only 5 minutes from Burnham Market and 10 minutes from the coast. It has a good village pub in walking distance from the cottage.

The Watermill in Thornage has been extensively restored and renovated to make a spacious and comfortable home. Original beams have been retained throughout the property. The internal mill machinery, although not working now has been retained, making an interesting feature on entering the property.

Approached from the road along an almost hidden driveway, The Watermill is a sheer haven for nature lovers, nestling in the Glaven Valley with the river Glaven running by, home for several rarer birds and animals.
